Footsteps to God
On a Saturday in November, the Society of St. Stephen held its' first Speaker
and Concert Series. Mary McDonald gave a beautiful talk on how to pick out
a particular piece of art and utilize it in your prayer time. She gave us
time to first pick out several pieces that stood out to us and then asked
several questions about what the piece meant to us. After the conclusion
of her talk, Joe Kolecki and Mary Beth Ions gave a violin and piano concert.
The sound was fantastic. The combination of their talents and the great
aucustics in St. Stephen greatly enhanced the experience of art in all it's
forms leading us to God. The concert was professionaly recorded and is available
